Carolina is a 14.91-hectare greenfield residential land development parcel purchased in 2013 in Deanside in Melbourne’s West.
Our joint venture partners received 17% per annum return on project completion in 2020.
Boutique In-fill Development Croydon
Land subdivision project delivering 6 house and land lifestyle blocks completed in 2023.
Purchased for $2.45m, infrastructure cost $700k, final retail value $4.5m. Delivered a 20% per annum return for our joint partners.
Small Activity Centre – Cranbourne North
Childcare & Early Learning Centre with retail strip development in Cranbourne North completed in 2022.
